Magnum Solace Nighttime Magnesium Lotion with Arnica – Highly Concentrated Magnesium for Muscles & Joints – Apply to Legs or Feet Before Bed – Skin-Friendly

This is a very light cream. No fragrance or greasiness left on body or clothing. I highly recommend this cream/lotion. Helps within minutes. It is for tired or stressed muscles. I put it on by back where I have pain and neck muscles before going to bed and it helps me sleep better. It is not a pain killer but many times if the muscles relax a little it doesn't hurt or hurt as much. This brand is made in USA according to label. Some brands are made in China. This is is a 5 oz container and most are 4 or smaller. Compared to others this cost less per ounce.

This arnica magnesium lotion is very good for muscle pain, tenderness and soreness. Just rub it in well- treat yourself to a wee massage- and it feels nice and it's effective thru the night. I apply it about 4 times a day. Watch for a sale too, but it's worth full price! Light fragrance and not greasy either.

After being immobile due to extended hospitalization I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet and legs. Fortunately I can walk now, however there is nerve damage causing tingling and numbness. After doing some research and recommendation by therapist I decided to try external magnesium to reduce the pin and needle pain constantly bothering me. I use this product interchangeable with magnesium oil. This is a miracle worker! There's a light lavender fragrance and a creamy consistency. Not a body butter, but thicker than regular lotion. A little goes a long way as I only apply it where there is pain. When massaged in it stops the pain from deep within. I love the added benefit of the arnica. There's a slight tingling sensation, that I attribute to the nerves calming. I even use to massage my shoulder muscle to relieve tension and tightness as I am also suffering from frozen shoulder. The product itself is 5 star🌟 worthy. I removed a star due to the tiny size for the price. it must be used sparingly otherwise a person suffering with nerve pain can frankly use the entire jar within a week or 2. As I am no longer able to work, and being approved for disability takes forever, I can't indulge as much as I would prefer with this product. In spite of the tiny size I do recommend!

Not greasy, smells great, worked instantly! I have minor scoliosis which leads to muscle cramps/tiredness in my lower back especially after adjustments. Almost instantly had relief and was able to finish my day.

I tried Magnum Solace Nighttime Magnesium Lotion with Arnica to help with nighttime foot cramps and applied it directly to my feet before bed. Unfortunately, I did not notice any improvement in my foot cramps after using it. The lotion also was not as fast absorbing as I expected and left a noticeable feel on my skin for a while after application. The scent is pleasant and mild, which makes it nice to use as part of a bedtime routine, but the fragrance does not last very long. Overall, while I liked the scent and the skin-friendly feel, it did not provide the relief I was hoping for with foot cramps and the absorption time could be improved.

Very good quality. Not greasy at all. Feels good going on. Last for a long time. No heavy smell. Easy to apply.

I like this lotion very much, it smells good, not overly scented. I apply it to my feet at night, it goes on nicely, takes a bit to absorb into my skin, not too greasy. A little goes a long way, jar should last me months, it was worth getting. I have arthritis and I hurt at night, my feet feel better, is it the lotion or the massage, I don't know but I have been sleeping better. I will continue to use and have ordered some for my mother.

This product works to prevent cramping and restless legs. And it has a calming lavender scent. I highly recommend!

Works well for me, my joint pain is reduced, also I have very low magnesium levels. This will help with this as well.

This cream is 100 times better than I imagined. I've been struggling with Restless Leg for quite a long time and haven't been able to find anything to relieve the discomfort, until now. I'm pleased with the fact that it absorbs quickly & is not greasy. It's now my "go to" before bed.
