Not fit for purpose.
Poor quality, not very durable and definitely not suitable as a replacement for retainers you receive after a rhinoplasty. It's a shame, as it's a waste of money.

It fits perfectly but unfortunately it fell out, didn't even realise, so bought a cheaper set elsewhere and they fit fine

Helps a little bit is small helps with breathing though and a better nights sleep
