I have very sensitive skin. Will this rust ?

To my knowledge, stainless steel does not rust. That’s not to say these won’t irritate sensitive skin.

How do you open the hoop to put it in your ear?

It took a minute to figure out. I used a pair of jewelry pliers and gently popped one open from the inside to figure it out. It is a "clicker" type closure, so for the first few times it will be a little tough to open. If you look at the hoop, one side has an indentation and the other does not. Hold the hoop firmly with one hand and pull up on the part of the hoop that doesn't have the indentation but has a cut in the metal. It is hard to explain. There are some other earrings that are similar which are open that will give you a good idea. Hope this helps.

Will these for my conch piercing ?

No, they will be too short. You need to type in conch piercing earrings. Or try a tattoo and piercing shop. I bought these for a helix piercing and they did not fit. I was very disappointed.
