How does this roll when traveling? i am a travel agent and travel often. i purchased the samantha brown 28” and i am very disappointed in it!

This is a single wheeled one directional bag,...not the standing upright wheeled all over bag. It's small enough to go under seat and in overhead bin. Very room, plenty of pockets. Brought one for a Sports Announcer graduate...she absolutely loves it.

What does the zipper pocket on the back serve for? Does it have a strap that comes out so you can attach the bag to the handle of larger luggage?

There is no strap for attaching to the handle of larger luggage. The pocket on the back is the perfect size for boarding passes or passport

Is there a way to put a lock on this luggage?

Yes, as long as it's thin enough to fit thru the loops where the tassels are, you can lock it.
