I purchased 3 of these for my son and his two best friends for Christmas 2025. Obviously it took some time before they could use them. Two weeks ago we all opened, charged and filled up the guns. They worked great…except for one of the boys. His worked for about 10 minutes and then would pump water at all. We tried to clear lines, triple check the valves and it ended being internal. I contacted the company and this is where my review really hits home. The response and immediate assistance in ensuring they had a brand new one shipped within days, the continuous communication with tracking the package with me all the way to it being delivered to my front door was top notch customer service. We had a new one within 3 days and they are all happily blasting each other once again with zero issues. Great response to an unfortunate lemon that was corrected faster than most companies I have ever dealt with.

The gun is amazing ! Love the lights and it’s a major plus that it comes along with a camel pack ! Great price and the kids love it ! Support was great ! My pack came with a leak and then sent me a new one no questions asked ! Love this gun , definitely recommend it !

It was a hit at our churches water day during our Mega Sports Camp. The kids freaked out seeing me busting out the doors and unleashing my rage upon them. They also love using it also. The battery held up to the 2 hour onslaught of toddler, teenagers, & adults.

Hose from back pack came rolled up and the kinks will not come out, gun does not fire correctly because it can not get enough water.
