can you mix old bay seasoning with cornmeal or flour for deep frying

I have mixed it with my Cornmeal ( Not a lot ) it worked just fine for me.

Under ingredients the label says spices and then including blah blah blah which leads me to believe there's other spices that are not mentioned. Does anybody know what's really in this stuff?

I want to buy these but see in the reviews that they are not the metal cans as advertised. Are they metal or plastic containers?

THE OnesI have bought are in metal cans. They may have switched to plastic, but it is still great seasoning!

I only want them if in the metal containers with the metal bottoms. Is this what you are shipping? I need 10 of them.
