I received purse surprisingly well packaged inside and out. No dents, scratches, or bad odors when opened of any kinds. I was anxious about the cross body quality, but was pleasantly surprised. It has a backing to the strap which will decrease slipping off my coat and tops.I was pleasantly surprised there were gussets on each end of the purse where the zippers go lower. The zippers both work well. I like the handles also lower when opening the zippers for easier access. The interior is made of a basic, but nice material.One of the few small items that could be improved is the placement of the crossbody strap. Instead of adding it to the existing handles, a designated spot would be nice. On the interior the 2 pockets are placed very high on the pocketbook. The exterior zipper pocket is hard to access and won’t hold my small keychain. My cellphone doesn’t fit width or lengthwise in either. My lipsticks fit in there fine. The zippered pocket will not hold much.Overall, the purse is very nice, and I would purchase it again. I am very happy with the purse.

It's a really cute purse, shiney, the inside pockets are great. My only issue is the quality, theres deep dings and scratches on the outside, and sewing thread hanging off everywhere. I'm going to try and flatten the dings and trim all the thread. Overall it's cute, but as expected, not the best quality.

I love my bag!! I purchased the bag to wear for my child's graduation from college as well as to have for church. It's the perfect size and holds all of my needs without being bulky. I Love it!! I receive so many compliments on the bag as well. I plan to purchase another for someone as a gift for them because they love it so much.Thank you , keep up the good work!!!
