King Arthur Baking Company Crisp & Airy Focaccia Mix Kit 18.4 oz., Baking Mix - Ready in 1 hour

This is almost too good and I don't say that lightly. King Arthur's mixes and products are all great, from what I've tried. Every baker I've talked to, from home to pro, who's tried their products or taken classes at their school has raved about them. I went to a schmancy culinary school myself and this is very similar, albeit on a smaller scale, to what I remember making in school and what I remember selling in other high end bakeries before that. The quality of the ingredients and the finished product is comparable. I think the seasoning blend this comes with might have a leg up on my old chef instructor's recipe. It's complex and adds a lot of flavor to an already flavorful bread. All that aside, it's really fast and fun and easy to make.

This bread was delicious! My husband could not stop complimenting it. Will absolutely buy again.

I purchase this often and it usually comes without the yeast packet and I don't know why. I've reached out to Amazon who said I need to contact King Arthur and I have and they have sent me the box mix separately but that's ridiculous. It's delicious and easy to make but something needs to be done about the incomplete packages.

Such an easy way to make focaccia if you’ve never done it before or don’t want to deal with making a starter or anything “from scratch”. This was my first time and it came out pretty good! I did let it rest and rise for about twice the time it said too which I think makes a big difference. Only thing I would do differently next time is allow my dough to be a little more wet.
