I am very pleased with my MIHAYO 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter. It is an excellent value for the price and performs better than I expected. The scooter offers a very good range of up to 25 miles and can reach speeds up to 6.2 MPH. With a 300 lb. payload capacity, it feels sturdy and reliable. Assembly was extremely easy and straightforward. The scooter was ready to use in no time. I did encounter a very minor issue with the rear basket, but it did not affect the operation at all. What impressed me most was the vendor’s excellent customer service—available 24/7. They quickly sent me a replacement part without any hassle. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the support I received. I highly recommend this vendor and the MIHAYO scooter to anyone looking for reliability, performance, and peace of mind.

I am so happy with my MIYAHO 4 Scooter. The quality of the scooter is excellent for the price. It was easy to put together and the battery is very light. The performance is better than expected. It will go across multiple terrains with no problem. And the speed is much more than I will ever need. The only issue I had with the scooter is the tires are kind of small which makes it ride a little ruff and it's a little tippy if you turn to short. Overall, I love my new scooter. I have enjoyed using it and it works great. Bigger tire update would only make it better.

I bought the Starlight Red scooter for my brother that has had 2 strokes. He was able to assemble it himself with ease. Its battery is lightweight, weighing only 8 lbs making it easy for him to remove if necessary. It has great sturdiness. He drives it a ways down a dirt road before getting to a paved road. It has no trouble on the different types of terrain. When he drives it to Walmart it has great maneuverability going up & down the isles. Weighing only 88 lbs makes it easy to load & unload. Great product & great price for the value.

This is truly a great scooter at a reasonable price! Fairly easy to assemble, and super easy to use....no complicated computer crap.....push a lever and go!

I was very impressed with this mobility scooter. I went to a water park and it folded and was able to fit in the trunk of a Toyota Corolla, my son easily lifted in there once we took off the arm rests and baskets. The water park was concrete and a lot of wooden plank hills, some very long hills. I got the extended battery with mine, they claim up to 25 mile range. I am not small by any means and I was following two very active grand daughters the whole day, around 7 hours up and down the same hills many times. It went from 5 green bars down to 2 green bars which to me was very impressive. I doubt you would get 25 miles unless every thing was flat and you were skinny but that was my first real test and it more then met my expectations. Because of how narrow it is you do have to be careful on side slants and corning too fast, it will tip sideways if you don't respect the narrowness of the machine or the terrain. But it is light enough to just put your foot down so it won't tip. For me this was the perfect machine for my needs considering cost, weight, size, affordability, and ease use. It handled the hills easily going up and self brakes on the way down.I have no idea how many miles I went and did bring the charger in case but did not need it. For me I made the perfect choice. And unlike the ones you rent places this is quick, jogging speed if needed. So far I am very satisfied with mine. If you get one get the extended battery.

One of the best mobility scooters for the money , will built scooter it fits nicely into the car it's a Rav 4 easy to put together easy to assemble again great speed great breaking system i would recommend that has anybody having trouble walking to buy this scooter. Easy to fold down and put in the back of our car, great design I'm 6 foot tall and have no problem and with its great battery life you can go a long ways.

The scooter came as advertised. There is one SERIOUS issue that you need to consider, and a couple of small ones, before you buy. The scooter does not have any suspension and it has small hard wheels. This leads to a very jaring ride! I feel every crack in the sidewalk, and some larger flaws in the surface give the sence of instability. The smaller issues: the rearview mirrors are cosmetic and useless, as they are not wide enough apart or do not extend out sufficiently, and the constant vibration of the ride dislocates any effort to set a position. The phone holder is likewise unusable, not only because of the vibration, but its mounting position hampers steering.

End result update. Seller sent me a new battery. I charged it fully, as it says to do in manual, and the scooter is up and running! I hope this battery does last. I'm going to chalk the 1st battery up to a fluke. It runs smooth, is very very quiet, comfortable to sit on and ride. It can go up to 7mph and we'll thats dang fast and I may not even go 1mph lol. I am in the city and on city sidewalks so I dont want to hit anyone or a bump to hard. Gives me freedom to be able to do errands without having to bother anyone. I am disabled and cant walk far so its perfect. If anything negative and it only a thought would be a higher back on the seat. It would help with comfort and those with back issues. Again only an after thought because it is comfortable and gives freedom! The update is the seller is sending me a new battery. I will update again once I receive and see that it works. Since seller is trying I'm updating 1 star to 2 star until I see that scooter does work. I used this scooter 3 times and it stopped working. It's only 3 months old. In contacting seller they keep coming back asking me to test this and send video and test that and send video. Through this it is a better issue. And now they are wanting me to do the testing/videoing all over again. I want to return the scooter. Way too much of a hassle. I need reliable transportation and again, I've ridden it only 3 times!
