From the first wash, my scalp felt less itchy, with about a 70% reduction in flakes. Some dandruff returned briefly, and flakes got larger at one point, but continued use (1–2 times a week) cleared it up. By the fifth wash, both flakes and itchiness were completely gone. Now my scalp is essentially itch-free with little to no flakes. My hair also feels less oily and stays clean longer. The scent is slightly medicinal but clean and not unpleasant—better than many dandruff shampoos. It also doesn’t dry out my scalp or hair. You only need a small amount, even with thick hair. The bottle is smaller than expected but lasts a while. Overall, one of the most effective dandruff shampoos I’ve used—definitely worth trying.

I have always had an issue with dandruff and have tried many different products. I wouldn't say this product is any worse than others, but not necessarily better either. I still get those pesky flakes! This product does have a scent and while it's not unpleasant, I don't love it either.
