overheating
I am extremely disappointed with the Insta360 X5 camera. The camera starts overheating almost immediately after I begin recording, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I expected reliable performance and the ability to record videos without this serious issue. This overheating problem makes the camera difficult to use and affects my recording experience. I am very dissatisfied with the product quality and expect a proper solution from the manufacturer.

Perfect gear for any solo travel.
Just put it on a stick and have it anywhere near you to capture everything. Quality is great in ample daylight, just okay at night. Will weather through light rain. Recommended with extended stick and Insta mic for best results.

Plenty issues
Unfurtanetly camera is overheating a lot without any action like photo shoot or video recording. Very disappointed as Friday I have client for 3d villa scan. Also wifi won't connect to the app any more. Literally I'm not able to hold in hand bcs is to hot. Battery going from 100 to 0 in 20 minutes

Best camera to capture 360 videos
It's original Insta360 X5 brand. Great features and great editing compatibility with Insta Studio. I recommend to buy with ND filters to get good result for outdoor shots specially in bright day.

I am so annoyed with this camera. It just doesn't work properly! Doesn't record properly, doesn't download properly. It's just problem.after problem. It's of NO use this thing!!!!!!!!! Total waste of money and energy. I want a refund

SCAM ALERT: SILEX INDIA is shipping used/open-box items!
I paid full price for a BRAND NEW Insta360 X5, but SILEX INDIA sent me a used, repackaged camera. When I checked the serial number, I found out the camera had already been activated 3 months ago back in May! They are literally taking old/used stock, putting it back in the box, and scamming people into paying the new price. When you catch them and try to return it, they trap you in an endless customer service investigation loop and hold your ₹49,000 hostage. I have already filed an official government grievance (NCH) against them for consumer fraud. Save your money, save your time, and buy from a different seller. Zero stars.

Ansich ein super gerät, das einzige manco an der sache ist das sie sich sobald es was wärmer wird abschaltet. ich denke da müsste nachgebessert werden. ansonnsten ein top gerät.
