I like that these tablets are coated because it makes them easier to swallow They work very quickly too I usually start with one 200mg then follow up with another if I need the clarity and lift since I have ADHDI’m now 70 years old so I don’t take medication for my ADHD but find that these are superior to coffee and MUCH cheaper than those “influencer” brands

I usually bought jet alert or vivarin brand from the grocery store, but decided to try some of the less expensive variety on Amazon in order to hit the $35 minimum for free shipping (for US non prime members). I'm glad i did because these work just as well, & these are less expensive. I will keep ordering these unless they increase in price above the others i have tried. It's exactly what the label says, caffeine equal to a cup of coffee. I don't drink anything but water, & these help give me energy to do my daily workout without having to drink coffee. They work just as well, but they are slightly larger than jet alert. They're about the same size as vivarin, just white circular tablets instead of yellow. People with difficulty swallowing pills may not like these, but anyone else should give them a try if they want a less expensive caffeine pill with the same effect as the more expensive variety. I'm definitely satisfied with the quality, & i was very skeptical before taking them (& in general, lol).

I SO wish these were scored like almost every other caffeine pill I’ve bought before.Who takes 200mg of caffeine at once?On top of not being scored, these tablets are so hard to split because they’re rounded and have a fat middle. I literally have to bite one in half and hope it splits somewhat evenly. Then I always get a mouthful of bitterness. :(But i’ll keep using them because they work and will last me a couple years, I think the expiration on my bottles is in like 2023.Also, these seem weaker than other brands I’ve gotten at walgreens or walmart. Im not sure if this is because of the brand itself or I’ve become more tolerant of caffeine. I typically take 100mg a few days a weeks so idk.Overall I’d recommend.
