It is a good item and a good idea. It's a bit too compact, so it's not something for travelling, but is a good emergency item to have in case you need to take out your contacts at work.

Very useful product if you wear both glasses and contacts. My husband sometimes has problems with his contacts and needs to swap to his glasses, but the contacts are still good and he doesn't want to throw them away. The bad news is, its size limits where you can store it in you travel kit. The good news is, it is strong and can handle you lens kit and still have room for your glasses to use between lens application.
