Directions Recommended usage: Ideal for frying, baking, and air frying due to its high smoke point of up to 510 degrees. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. Review: I have been using this oil in my kitchen for several months and I am delighted with it. I found it as a cheap alternative to olive oil. This oil is excellent for frying all kinds of food because it never burns, it does not smell, taste or smoke like vegetable oils. After looking for several brands I stay with Pompeian that seems to me the most reliable to help my family diet free of cholesterol. Review: best oil for cast iron. helped restore some pans I had

Try a spoonful for pain and inflammation. Grape seed is a natural cure. Mom had a green thumb, so we managed to keep grapevines in the Midwest, is how I know lol. Anyway, I assume this grape seed oil from France is from the remnants of French wine-making grapes, so this is about as quality as you'll get. It's worth a try if you avoid over-the-counter meds. I used to just chew the actual grape seeds from our back yard. Pompeian is quality oil at a great price. I do recommend for whatever purpose you have. I never tried a Pompeian oil that I didn't enjoy.

This is a high quality, high temperature cooking oil. Neutral flavor. I use it for all my cast iron pans , and in baking. Because it doesn’t burn at lower temps, ( like under 375*), it’s good for greasing pans and bakeware, or caramelizing shallots and onions, allowing them to cook a long enough time without burning to turn brown. I’ve been using this brand of Pompeian Grapeseed oil for years. I’m always pleased with the quality and performance. A great kitchen staple. Highly recommend!

I'm a baker and use this oil exclusively when a recipe calls for oil. I NEVER use vegetable oil, even when called for. I use this Grapeseed Oil. Works great at HIGH temps, and has a milder taste, if any, compared to Olive or Avocado oils. And is MUCH cheaper in cost!
