I always feel like my right hip is out of place and I'm ...
It is the first time I'll try a ball in place of a chair. I'm looking to strengthen my pelvis and correct my posture. I always feel like my right hip is out of place and I'm told the ball chair will aid in this as I sit for work all day. It's the perfect height for my desk. I've inflated it to 23 or 23.50 inches and my desk is 30 inches high. I'm 5'7" and this puts my feet squarely on the floor. As other reviewers have said you could not sit on this in shorts - the cover is made of a cheapy felt and it's not at all soft. It's thick but just as you would imagine having come from China. It's off gassing something terrible - just blown it up so I hope it clears quickly. I have the light grey cover and it looks like it needs a lint roller right out of the bag. There are some darker pieces of felt throughout which makes it look like a hairy mess but I don't think it is yet. This will attract my dog's hair like mad so I'm sure lint rolling it regularly will be a thing. There is some slip grip on the bottom of the cover to help when using on certain surfaces. I find it's not slipping on my hardwoods at all. Already way more comfort than my office chair so for that I'm pleased. There are leather like covers for about $50 more with other sellers. If you know you love ball sitting I would spring for one of those instead. I chose this ball over other plastic ones thinking it would look better in my office but wish I would have just sprung for the ones with better covers.

DO NOT BUY THIS BALL FOR AN ADULT. This ...
DO NOT BUY THIS BALL FOR AN ADULT. This ball claims to be 24" but when I blew it up to that size half of the seams on the cover burst. I painstakingly sewed the seams and blew it up to about 23" Now the ball is so soft when I sit on it it is less than 18" which is a ridiculous height when I sit at my 30" desk.

Great Ball cover needs some improvement great company to work with
This is my second "office chair" ball. The first was to small particularly since it kept losing air. Just didn't have a good seal. It was not a Pro-body ball. I choose the Pro-body ball primarily because of the cover, thinking it wouldn't be so slippery. Unfortunately the cover's seams split during ball inflation as you can see in the picture. I contacted Pro-body for a replacement since the ball is great, much more stable and comfortable as a desk exercise. Instead of a replacement cover, evidently its a package deal, they immediately refunded the full purchase price. They said the covers on new balls are made with stronger seams. Mine is working with the split seams so I haven't tried the new improved ones yet, waiting to make sure all the old inventory is gone. The ball is great. I've been using daily for two weeks now and it hasn't lost any air. I am definitely going to buy another. Pro-ball has a great product that they are making better and they are very easy to work with.

Much better than chairs. good for back
Came with pump, inner inflatable ball, and the sheathing on the outside that you sit on. Just make sure you keep realigning the inflatable inside the sheathing as you pump it so that you don't have to deflate it to adjust it. I have only had to inflate it once, until I figured out how much inflation I needed. Does not lose air. If you need more height, add more air. Less height? let some air out. I am 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and I transitioned away from my hydraulic office chair, which I often changed my seating in throughout the day. Sitting on this balance ball has increased my core strength tremendously. When you sit down on anything, whether this balance ball or a chair, put the back of your index finger in the arch of your lower back; if that arch is not maintained when you go from standing to sitting, you need to re-assess your posture(try sitting on front/back of ball. middle, etc. until you find a combo that maintains that arch with the most minimal core or back muscle utilization so that you aren't having to focus on sitting. Your spine is strongest when you are upright and standing straight. The spine has curvatures in it that "by design", must be maintained; otherwise, you will shorten its longevity. We are constantly assaulted by gravity; might as well try to be healthy with your posture so that you don't spend your latter days in unnecessary, constant, back pain. In most cases, if you feel pain while sitting or operating a mouse/keyboard at the desk, don't just assume that is normal. Listen to your body and do research so that you can change whatever incorrect, 'offending' posture i hurting you. I strongly advocate the $15 Anker, USB side-ways mice; I have bought them for family and coworkers. They take a bit to get used to, but if you study 'natural position' and 'repetitive strain' injuries, you will see that being outside your body's natural position and having repetitive movements will end your computer career early, along with agonizing pain. "an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of the cure", so go ahead and spend a few bucks to save you money and inherit the priceless gift of health while you're at it, by taking care of your posture. If you say this balance ball doesn't work for you, keep in mind that proper sitting is a skill and takes time to understand. I am a drummer; it took me 3 years just to figure out how to sit down (on a drum throne). balancing 4 limbs, mind you. I could spend all day talking about posture because there is much on the topic; I only urge folks to take it seriously, and take the time to(learn how to) do it properly.

I absolutely love this ball
I absolutely love this ball! It comes with an easy-to-use hand pump and an instruction booklet. So it was pretty easy to setup. The ball cover is very high quality - it's similar texture to a wool coat. It's sturdy enough that I'm confident that my exercise ball won't get punctured easily. So comfortable to sit on, too! Great buy.

The product is broken and doesn't work.
I have asked to return the product but the return policy asks me to pay for the shipping. The product is broken. The pump doesn't fit the whole on the ball and I can't even inflate the ball and use it. The cap also doesn't fit the ball and non of the accessories fit each other. I definitely don't want to pay $40 to return a broken product. Can you give me a solution for this??
