I picked up this 21" BBQ Blanket for resting smoked meats, and it absolutely delivered. I used it on a rack of smoked ribs and it kept them perfectly warm for a little over an hour with no problem. The insulation really does its job — the ribs were still hot and juicy when I sliced into them. I did get a little bit of juice on the inside, but cleanup was incredibly easy. A quick wipe with a paper towel and it looked good as new. No staining, no lingering smell, nothing. Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and immediately had to get another one for my stepdad because it worked so well. This meat resting bag does exactly what it’s supposed to do; keeps meat warm, juicy, and perfectly rested after coming off the grill. It’s a generous 21 inches, well made, and honestly a must-have for anyone serious about barbecue (That’s what she said). Bonus points: it also makes a hilarious white elephant gift.
