Deep color, tasteless, natural food coloring
I use this as food coloring for my son. We do our best to limit any unnatural and unnecessary ingredients in our home, but I had to make a fancy smash cake for my son’s first birthday! This powder had no taste nor funny smell which made it perfect for dying the cake and icing. It also did not dye his skin, which I was surprised but very happy about! I did not have to use much to get the deep blue color. I add it to my green tea as well to make it a little more fun! I have also used it to dye Mac N cheese and cookies for my nieces and nephews! Just a fun natural dye for all sorts of things! This very quickly has become a staple for making food fun with the children in our family.

Turn Your Drink Blue and Your Life Around!
Pic: Absinthe with Blue Macha So, this little powder is like the superhero of the plant world—except it's purple and a bit mysterious. You’ve probably seen those fancy blue teas at cafes, but did you know butterfly pea flower powder is packed with so many benefits it might just be the key to unlocking your inner zen master and your superhuman potential? Let’s break it down: Antioxidants: This powder is like a tiny army of antioxidants fighting off free radicals—those pesky things that try to age us. So, yes, it’s basically a time machine in a jar. Brain Boost: It’s been linked to cognitive function. In other words, it might help you remember where you put your keys... or where you left your phone. Anti-Inflammatory: If you’ve been out there living your best life (or sitting on the couch in a weird position), this helps calm the inflammation—making your body feel less like a creaky old chair. Skin Glow: This might just be the secret to glowing skin, making you feel like you’ve just stepped out of a spa. Don’t be surprised if people start asking what your skincare secret is. Mood Lifter: They say it can help with stress, so it’s like a little happiness in every cup. No need for a fancy spa day when you’ve got a mug of purple tea that makes you feel like a million bucks. Plus, it turns your drink an eye-popping shade of blue that’ll make you feel like a wizard brewing a potion—one that’s actually good for you. Drink it, love it, and say goodbye to boring beverages!

It’s stinky
When making a marbled sourdough loaf I definitely didn’t want THIS flavour to be in the dough. Thank goodness it wasn’t. Made a pretty marbled effect but when baked it kind of was too light. But pretty. Would used again. For colour marbled effects on sourdough that doesn’t impact taste
