It's appears to help me loose weight after three (03) Weeks, close to 10 lbs

Wasted my money. Don't buy this!

Product arrived quickly, and exactly as pictured. In other words, it was carefully packed, and not looking as if a herd of cattle stomped on it, as I have had other products (not from this vendor) arrive. It’s a little early in my usage to give a full review, but so far, it does do what it’s supposed to be doing. Doesn’t have any bad aftereffects. Capsules are easy enough to swallow (see examples in the photo - NOTE THAT 4 IS NOT THE DOSAGE, ONLY SHOWING APPEARANCE OF PRODUCT! Good appetite suppressant, and also, helps stop cravings. (For me, anyway). I’m very happy with this product, and the service I teceived, and will continue to use it. The vendor is truly interested in the customer, a rare thing these days.

So for I have been taking this for 2 weeks. Im on my 3rd week. My curving is going away. I have to remind myself to eat. I took it 2 times a day the first week. Now im skipping breakfast. I eat lunch and force myself to eat a lil something for dinner. But let me be honest with you it helps with curving. But to lose weight you have to do some form of exercise. The supplements helps to cut down my eating but This supplement won't work if you don't work on yourself i started walking 20 minutes a day the first week, and now i have added and 20 minutes to make it 40 minutes a day. It gives you the energy me the energy needed. Even if you do a weight loss surgery, you still have to exercise to see the big difference you want to see.

So far I don’t really see any significant changes. Yes it seems to lessen my appetite, but it’s too early to tell if it’s helping me lose weight. I have found that if I take 4 pills a day instead of 2 I’m less hungry, but I still can’t say anything about it’s weight loss.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I read the ingredient list of products I buy and then if there are ones I do not recognize I look them up. I decided to try this one. I have been taking this for 3 weeks and will continue to take it. I have more energy, I have lost 3 pounds with minimal caloric changes although how I eat has changed. I find I eat smaller meals more frequently. My mid-life bones and joints feel better, not 100% but less achy. I take 2 capsules first thing in the morning with a glass of water. I’m glad I gave it a try. Weight loss: It’s not super fast but as long as my weight continues to go down I will be happy. Health benefits: Turmeric has lots of health benefits and I wasn’t sure how to incorporate it into my diet. This works and it has the benefit of helping with slow weight loss.
