Later in the review I'll provide some tips on avoiding any discomfort. but for starters, I wear a US size 10. These fit PERFECTLY inside all my US size 10 shoes from various brands. No adjusting/cutting needed. They're super comfortable and surprising easy to walk in. BUT they will take some getting used too, especially if you're using with boats that already have a heel. Barefoot Height: 5'9'6'' or 177cm (measured at night) Added insole Height: 5'11''9 or 182cm (measured at night) After about a couple days, I inserted these into my vans/Nikes mid-tops and despite needing to unlace them for a bit of extra room, I could run, jump, dance, etc- although I don't recommend doing sports activity with all three soles added as you could twist an ankle. But that's up to you. Tips: 1. don't use them with heeled boots until very comfortable. I did that the first day and wobbled about, although I wasn't falling over or anything, it was simply awkward to walk. 2. Loosen your lower laces. First day wearing them they dug into the mid-part of my foot. which leads... 3. Double up on socks. I wear a thin pair underneath a thicker pair. Made it MUCH more comfortable. 4. Know when to use all three, just two, and just one insole. The main insole is much better for boots. Now on to other methods of upping height. Elevator shoes: These IMO work best with the insoles. I bought a pair from a reputable brand (Calto) that provided 2.6 inches of discreet height. I asked some family members if it looked like I was waring elevator shoes (with the main insole in); they said no. Height with main insole and elevator shoes: 6'1 or 185cm (measured at night) The main insole fit VERY comfortable with the elevator shoes. I had a date night with a women who was 5'9. She was looking up at me. Had another date with a women who was 5'8. She was also looking up at me. I recommend this product. They're crafted well and easy to slip in and out of shoes. Great for dates/Job interviews. I will say, although the extra inches are nice, they won't change your life. But IMO, there's no shame in boosting your height in certain circumstances. These are a great product. I don't need them, I'm legitimately a little over 6' but I dressed up as Michael Myers for Halloween last year and wanted to go all out. First off, I'd recommend these or ones in this price range or higher. You get what you pay for in commerce. For me, I wear a size 14 shoe and am 6' and 280lbs. These dropped right in my shoes, and actually the full inserts fit in everything but low top sneakers and dress shoes. At my size, they compress a little, but feel soft and comfortable enough to wear for the night. I'm high top sneakers, I'm a little over 6'2 and in the costume, the only reason I got them, I put them in a pair of logger boots with a 2" heel and I was a little over 6'4 and it did the trick for a Michael Myers costume. I think these are designed with people significantly shorter than average in mind, by the listed shoe sizes. However, in my case, I think it made them more comfortable since they dropped right into my size 14's, however they stayed put. I wouldn't wear them every day or workout or lift in them, but if someone wants to use them for a night out, they'll do the job. You could probably use the first layer for a 1" boost plus the footwear. I don't really care if I'm 6' or 6'1, but for people who feel more confident with an extra inch, the first layer would work well in most any footwear. All in all a great product and I'm pleased I didn't go too cheap and but the $12 varieties.

I'll start this out by saying the actual execution of the product is 5 stars. These seem really well made and designed nicely. That's a big compliment coming from me. I took a star off because the idea sounds a lot better hypothetically than it is in practice. I thought I would be able to have these on the lowest height and maybe wear them to work, and have the higher inserts added for special occasions. I know 5'8" isn't really short, but I definitely wouldn't mind being a little taller when I'm out on dates with my boyfriend and we're dressed up. Truth is, having the full height makes me feel like SpongeBob in the prom episode when he's Mr. Long, Tan, and Handsome. It's pretty hard to walk in, so I feel like it makes my gait look distractingly unnatural. As long as I'm standing still it's fine. Maybe I'm just not good at walking in these. My other complaint with having the tallest inserts in is that I wore these with Doc Martens and it makes the spot where the toe of the boot connects to the rest of the shoe dig into my foot. Putting the lowest height in is something I think I could get used to for the aforementioned special occasions and things. I definitely couldn't wear it to work because I'm on my feet all day, and it seems like even that may start to get uncomfortable after a while.

I wish I could make this up, but I literally picked up a girl at a bar for the first time in my life the second day I tried these on after living on this planet for 28 years. Obviously this wasn’t the sole reason but they definitely were a factor too since I would’ve been shorter than the girl had I not worn these, nor would I have been as confident to approach her. Wearing all three inserts will be difficult to accomplish in most shoes and quite uncomfortable if I’m being honest, but even wearing just one or two of them will make a world of difference in both height as well as added confidence which is like a double boost. I have Chelsea boots with zippers on the side and could not zip them up with the primary insole inside, but was able to work with just using the orange and grey “add-ons” instead so it’s great that workarounds can be applied with this product. They are also built very well with the molds having a “perfect fit” when getting combined. I was skeptical at first and thought this was kind of a cheap cop out, but hey women do it too. You got one life to live, might as well take advantage of the easy opportunities that can quickly improve your confidence.

Looks like they are very well made.I have not used them.I ordered the wrong thing

First things first, atrociously bad quality. So poorly made I couldnt even begin to use them at all. Glue residue everywhere, looks almost like a melted candle. Shocked by just how bad it was right out of the gate. Flat out it can not be worn at all. Discomfort is an understatement at attempting to use these garbage things even once. To summarize, this item is just a total waste in every ridiculously way imaginable. The cushioning is far too stiff and does not bend or flex at all. Not even a little. Might as well not have any in it. They do not fit in anything remotely. Not meant for any type of shoe. Hard as a rock. Couldn’t even adjust these without it falling apart right away. Really really bad.

These are good quality inserts. I have been using my first pair for years. There are only 2 downsides that are NOT a fault of the product: - your feet are likely to get sore if you wear them for a longer time, due to the position and higher pressure on the front of the foot - raising the heel higher out of the shoe leads to less ankle support and makes you more likely to suffer a sprain on uneven terrain; I would avoid using while hiking

I received this product today (07/29/2019) and used it around the house for the rest of the day to try it out. Insoles fit perfectly in all my shoes except for my running shoes. I don't particularly recommend running in these insoles anyway. It does take a little of getting use to walking around with these insoles but I haven't noticed any significant problems so far. No pain in feet or ankles while walking. Of course, I'll just have to see how these insoles perform when I'm walking around all in town. My best recommendation is to slowly condition your feet and ankles to these insoles by wearing them around your house before you engage in any long distance walking. Otherwise this product provides comfort and truly does give an extra three inches in height. Product comes with two layers which you may detach for added comfort or reattach for added height.

Great value and did exactly as advertised. It's hard to get a balance between giving the lift required and being comfortable (these appear to do both). Very easy to fit, but I suppose time will tell how robust they are over the months....
