I purchased this to support my premenopausal nutrition. I drink this every morning and have been very impressed by the flavor, how well it mixes with hot water and the obviously high nutrient quality-- I have felt a real and significant difference since I started having this every morning.

I’ve only taken the matcha for 2 days but it did give steady energy through the day. My thoughts are also clearer and my memory is sharper. It had reduced cravings to the point where I could walk through the bakery aisles at the grocery store and not want anything. I’ve noticed inflammation has decreased and I’ve experienced less pain and water retention in these 2 days where I could walk up a steep hill with minimal discomfort. I’ll be interested to see the longer-term benefits. Product smells fine and did not come spoiled. I’ve had it with almond milk and just put it in a mason jar and shake vigorously to get it to dissolve. I could see it tasting good in a smoothie, so I’ll try that soon. I do wish there were ingredient amounts on the jar so that I could compare it to similar products/competitors but since it’s made in Canada, I feel a little better about that. Worth the cost.

Easy to use and like that it was ceremonial grade ingredients. It did mix well. Standard size for matcha. Great value for price.

Some reviews say that this product tastes bad. It doesn't taste like candy, hot chocolate or pan cakes with syrup.But it's pretty nice, It's creamy and easy to use. Not sure about the health benefits... I will update thos post if something wonderful happens to me.

What drew me to this was the price. I thought I’d try it instead of Ryze because this was cheaper and seemed to have the same ingredients. However, the aftertaste of mushroom is pretty bad. At first, you taste the matcha which is great, but you really need to add something like milk and/or sugar to make it taste better. I wouldn’t recommend this, but because it’s so small, I’ll finish it up. I just bought Clevr matcha, so I’ll see how these compare.
