Better than expected. The capsule is quite big and I find it hard to get down but the appetite suppressant has worked from day 1. Having previously used jabs. I have the same feeling minus the side effects. It hasn’t caused any stomach upset. Except value for money. Will order again.

I have been taking this berberine supplement for a little while now and overall it seems okay. The capsules are easy to take and I haven’t had any issues with them so far. At this point I’m not sure if I’ve noticed a real difference in how I feel. There haven’t been any obvious effects yet, positive or negative, so it’s hard to say whether it has made a significant impact. I know supplements can work differently for everyone and sometimes take a bit longer to show results. So far no side effects and it’s been easy to include in my routine, but I’m still unsure about noticeable benefits. Might give it a bit more time before deciding whether I would buy again.

After using this for a while I would highly recommend this product. It definitely helps my appetite control and I feel so muxh better as a result. For the high strength and amount I think it is absolutely value for money.

As a highly sceptical person, I do think there is some truth in these acting as an appetite suppressant. (But only a bit) Purchased these instead of the media frenzy patches. They’re worth a go! Even if there’s a placebo effect and it helps change your mindset!

The capsules are tasteless and very easy to take, they are medium in size, they do suppress appetite somewhat however they do cause side effects for the first few days such as an upset stomach, this does go away though. They are good value for money and I will buy again in the future!
