Sturdy, safe and amazing scooter
My 11 yr old daughter has been asking for a electric scooter. This scooter is awesome, comfortable and the speed for this scooter is perfect, fast but not to fast especially for kids. It has a basket in the back to hold your things and also an additional basket that you can take off that is by your feet. She rides it's everyday and the charge holds well. The design of this scooter is nice, it has a nice comfortable seat and very easy to drive it, it's very stable especially when my daughter and granddaughter ride it together. If you're looking for a scooter that is durable, great in price and holds a good charge definitely buy this one. She rides this scooter while I walk out dog. Uphills, downhill it does it all. Side note. I took this to the park for my daughter's 11th birthday and it lasted 4 hours. It finally died when we were getting ready to leave.

It's a cool E bike!
Exactly what I was looking for. I had to give up running due to a foot injury along with difficulty walking, and I needed something to help get me around the property and if we happen to go somewhere I can take it along, just fold it up. This is just perfect to take a spin or just simply back and forth to the property lines. This is a good fit. Easy to assemble and setup. Definitely worth it.

So far, so good!
Just received this scooter today and love it so far! It was easy to assemble and came with a partial charge. I took it down the street and back and it does get up to 19mph and it's a smooth ride! Hoping I can update this later with more positive feedback after I've had it for a while.

Good overall, a couple of issues
The headlight has never worked. And the guage showing remaining battery is not very consistent, showing 2 bars, then 3, then back to 2. So never really sure how much battery left. Otherwise the scooter works well so far. Good acceleration, plenty of power for my needs, appears to be built well for the price.

1 Year Later — Hands Down the Best Purchase I've Made!
I bought these Gyroor electric scooters a full year ago, and I cannot say enough good things about them! They have held up exceptionally well to regular use and are easily one of the most practical, fun purchases I’ve ever made. A few highlights after 12 months of ownership: Comfortable & Easy to Ride: Having a padded seat makes a world of difference compared to traditional stand-up scooters. It offers a smooth, stable ride every single time. Incredible Storage Options: The center pet basket and rear cargo basket make these amazingly versatile. Whether running quick errands, carrying groceries, or taking a small pet along for the ride, you don't have to worry about balancing heavy backpacks. Solid Power & Battery Life: The 550W motor has plenty of get-up-and-go. It easily reaches a smooth cruising speed, handles minor inclines with ease, and the battery range gets us everywhere we need to go without constant anxiety about running out of juice. Smooth & Stable: The 12-inch pneumatic tires absorb bumps far better than small, solid scooter wheels. You feel totally in control and planted on the road or paved trails. Built to Last: After a full year of continuous use, everything is still running smoothly, holding a full charge, and feeling sturdy. Having two of them has been fantastic for riding together. If you're on the fence about getting one (or two!), don't hesitate—these scooters deliver on every promise! Highly recommend!

Awesome Scooter!
Absolutely love this scooter. Has a nice comfy seat. It’s compact and would be easy enough to put in the back of a SUV or truck. Lightweight for the size and durability. You can also fold the scooter to make it more compact if traveling with it. Very easy to use for all my kids ages 6-10 but still sturdy and strong for an adult. I can ride it with one of my younger kids standing in front. They absolutely love the rides around the block. Great quality. It has a headlight in the front that works really good and break light in the back. Has some great power too! I think the scooter is a great price for the quality!

Don't bother! It can be a nightmare.
I regret this scooter a lot! The front end of the scooter has some sort of damage, and the inside back of brake caliper was being cut by the brake disc. It took over a week to get a response after sending proof of my purchase to their support team. Which was an AI, and double posted when it finally did respond. This was the weekend the scooter arrived. They were fast to respond when I first emailed them, but then it just fell off after I sent proof of purchase. Now I have to wait for them to send parts, for me to manual fix the fix myself. If I was just replacing the brake disc only, but I have to replace the brakes myself, it would be fine. It is going to be a nightmare, because these brakes are just sitting on a bolt that is barely on there, because it uses a million spacers to get right into place. There is no easy to setup these spacers, you have to keep playing to get it right. It's going to take forever to get right without bringing back the same problem. Not to mention these are very cheapo brand, know to have issues. The crazy part is, the next step up for decent budget brand everyone uses isn't that much more. Even with experience in the past working on bikes, I do not want to do this, and shouldn't have to a brand new scooter. Don't waste you money. These things look fun, and awesome to be a little grocery hauler, but it's not worth it. The range is meh, and using eco mode is not feasible unless you live on perfect roads, and perfect straight. It is a nightmare to get support. I had to call, to be sent to email, and again the email took over a week for them to response to my me after I sent proof a receipt. That is not acceptable time of response on a product I just received. Nor is it accessible I am going to have to spend hours fixing it, or pay more money out of pocket to a bike shop fix it if I don't want to waste my time fiddling with this, especially if I expected to replace the brake cable as well, since the little "weld" they put on the end of the cable of it being set to size exploded, and the wires uncurled. Even at sale price this just isn't worth it. The basket is nice, but honestly, It still only fits my insulated grocery bag, and one or two boxes of crackers, or other snack, depending on size. You can get the same done with ebike with a rear rack. Plus with the pedals you can extend range, or even pedal home if need be. Also check your local laws, these scooters are not allowed to be driven an hour before sunrise, and not after sunset.

No way you get 20 miles
The scooter was a little hard to put together. The instructions were either not clear or the part was hard to fit. But the shooter was able to get me to work and back. But it’s only a 3 mile drive. I was shocked when it lost 2 battery lights on the way there. But there is no way this would have made 20 miles. It barely will make 10. And we all know battery will degrade over time. Also the charging cord is super cheap. I made a mistake getting this on sale. However if you just want it for less than 10 miles commuting you should be fine. Also pretty much stops in slight inclines.
