Why can’t you launder it to get it out?

I wet it after I have quilted a few squares. I would make a test square and launder it to see if that works but with out any detergent.

Will this wash out of carpet? With a shampooer?

I have not had the experience of the shampooer with the carpet however, since it washes out well with fabric I would try it on an inconspicuous spot on the carpet first and see what happens.

Will this pen work on skin? I am a newbie phlebotomist & need to draw wipe-off vein lines.

I just tried it, the blue doesn't show up well but there is a pen with blue on one end, marks disappear with water, and a purple pen on the other side, which gives you a nice thin line, easy to see and will disappear with air drying but also wipes off easily. Good idea!
