I'm elderly with arthritis. I searched Amazon for an easy-to-use, rechargeable can opener. I bought this on June 25, 2025. I used it constantly on a variety of cans and found the opener easy to use. It holds a charge for a long time with almost daily use, and it recharges quickly. I was disappointed when the opener failed to recharge in May 2026. I took the cable and tried it on three different USB ports to make sure it wasn't an issue with the USB port. After three failed attempts, I contacted BeEcone via a vendor message. I explained my situation, and they contacted me within 24 hours. They offered me a replacement at no charge. My replacement arrived in less than five days, fully charged, in original packaging, and in new condition. I've used it several times and can't speak highly enough about the product and the customer support. i recommend this to friends and family.
