Vanguard 15W-50 Heavy Duty Synthetic Oil 5-Quart 100170

I love this oil and I've used it for a a few years now. This particular purchase you might notice that it says Briggs 4PK pack vanguard..... This does not mean a four pack referring to 4 gallon. It is a 5 quart container.

I use this on my Ferris mower for commercial work and have been doing oil changes with it for several years now. My dealer pointed me toward this oil and I've never had a reason to switch. When you're running a mower hard professionally, you don't want to mess around with what goes in the engine. This oil has never let me down — consistent performance change after change, and the engine runs exactly how it should. If you have a Ferris with a Briggs & Stratton engine and you're not sure what oil to use, I'd say talk to your dealer — and don't be surprised if this is exactly what they recommend too.

Best price i could find for the 37hp big block on my mower. This is on the factory list for best lubrication in a large temperature range. It works and is high quality. I think I may go with a slightly thinner oil after the warranty is up. Should get better fuel efficiency out of 10w40. The engine should run plenty col with thinner as well.

Excellent oil for Vanguard engine.

This was a great product at a reasonable price. The only problem I had was when I opened the box. There was a little bit of oil in the box and on the packaging. It seems like the bottle was leaking from the cap not enough for me to send it back, but enough for me to not buy from the same seller again it was a nice amount of oil, but like I said not enough for me to send it back .

Great oil for the RZ 142 Stihl Zero turn

The only oil specified for use in my Grasshopper Mower to maintain the warranty.
