I bought these to wear at work on the days that I work doubles. I'm a server, so 12 hours straight on your feet with no break but to use the restroom kill your legs all day, especially when you hit that 2nd or 3rd double in a row. These to me are of just as good quality as the ones I paid $65 for at the special hospital medical supply store. These have a spot for the heal to place in. They compress good as well as staying up all day. They don't roll down or anything with bending over to pick up things as well. I can tell a difference when I wear them and when I don't. Much less ache on my feet,legs, and back. They definitely help alot!

I ordered both the tan and the black from two different suppliers. But, they only allow me to write one review as they're treated as the same product. They are a nice thick quality hose (pro). The feel is a little softer than standard rough medical grade compression hose (definite pro). But, I have some others which are 18mmHg which I purchased at a medical supply store and you can feel that their compression is "firmer" even though these were rated as 15 to 20 (con). I would like it if these were a bit firmer like the others, but then again, I like not having to fight them to put them on. These are not as hard to pull on as those other firmer compression hose. So, I have mixed feelings about that. These stayed up nicely all day without sliding or falling down. The fit was very comfortable and I used the measuring fit guides on the site to determine the correct sizing. I would get them again as they are good for general daily light use. But if you're wanting really firm compression, you may want to try something rated higher or experiment with a smaller measurement fit? I don't know.

These helped a lot with my leg pain. I am on my feet at least 12 hours/3x a week and they have held up, very durable the past 4 months. I'm getting a second pair for rotation. I'm 5'5" with 30" inseam and they're just tiny bit long but easily remedied by not stretching them out too much when putting on. Also, these stay put! Like I said, I'm on my feet for half the day

I bought these for my grandfather since he had surgery for his blood clots. He said they were very useful and helped the pain in his legs.

Much more expensive than the off brands but these are as described and good quality.

These stockings have been very helpful is an understatement. I work in retail and I am on my feet all day. Before I learned about these, I was miserable. The swelling in my ankles and feet were constant sources of pain and discomfort.I've purchased several pairs, given one to a coworker and continue to use them not only daily for work, but also at home for my domestic duties.My legs are nowhere near as tired and even feel energized! Work is no longer a source of pain and I'm able to be more active at home. What a difference these have made in my life.Previous to purchasing this wonderful brand, I bought a different brand at our drugstore. There was no comparison in the fit, design and comfort. They were more expensive and a total waste of money.I highly recommend the Jobst graduated compression stockings to anyone that stands all day or for long periods of time. Measure carefully and I promise that you will be a future customer like me.For extra support I sometimes put a pair of graduated compression socks over them. Not that the support they give is not enough! I have found that using both really helps my comfort level at the end of my very long days.Try them and find out what works best for you. You'll not regret your purchase.

Stays up, even 2 days in a row. Very comfortable and so soothing.Please measure correctly or get professionally measured to find your correct size.One hint, pull ALL of the loose fabric up from behind your knee. If it wrinkles it causes a terrible sore spot/rash. Pull up and then, readjust from ankle to thigh.I am 5 foot 9, hubby is 6 foot 1. These go to the top of both of our thighs, and stay there. He gets horrible cramps in his entire leg, my legs swell.We have both found great relief in these stockings.
