This is NOT 'Pangamic Acid' as stated in picture ingredients.
I was looking for Pangamic Acid and ordered this product as the picture at the top of the page stated 'Pangamic Acid - 50mg'. After recieving the item i checked the ingredients only to find that it is actually: N,N-Di-Methylglycine - 50mg (DMG). Products labelled as 'DMG' usually sell in 125mg capsules. These two ingredients are diffent compounds. They can also be confused with Calcium Pangamate.1. Pangamic acid: An ester derived from gluconic acid and dimethylglycine2. Calcium pangamate: The calcium salt of pangamic acid3. N, N-Dimethylglycine (DMG): A derivative of the amino acid glycineI have returned this product as i already have 'DMG' in 125mg capsules and actually wanted 'Pangamic Acid'.

NO APPRECIABLE BENEFITS
This has done nothing. In fact, since taking I've been ill far more often. Maybe that is unrelated, but at the very least taking this has done nothing to help ward off or fight the illnesses I've had since taking it.
