Good product. Easy to use. No taste. I have seen some improvements in my skin already after 3 months. Quite well priced compared to other brands .

Nails are stronger
This has made such a difference to my nails after just one month. ! Definitely recommend it . I have a spoon in my coffee daily and there is no aftertaste or smell at all .

Too early to say for sure
Seems high quality. Important to keep well hydrated as it can lead to headaches. Start slowly. It is far too early to say whether it makes any difference as it takes a long time to take effect. Thought my skin felt better-but does it? Will keep taking it though as I am more interested in what it can do for my joints than beauty and that is not easy to gauge.
