do you just put the whole pod into your hot water for tea or coffee? Or do you get the seeds out and discard the pod? I've never seen this stuff in pe

I use the whole pod to put in punch to flavor it. I would think tea and coffee would be comparable.

There is nothing on the package to indicate that they are irradiated. They were a good size and very fragrant. I was happy with them but never even thought about irradiation.
