Does this help brighten the skin over time and help with brown spots?

I'm using a variety of products. But the Aveeno Positively Radiant system is superior to everything else I've used for basic skincare. I find it helps even out my skin tones more than fade dark spots, although it might make a contribution to fading them. I would recommend using the scrub, the night and day creams too.
