From the very high end, to drug store and everything in between, I’ve experienced them all. The Elizabeth Mott primer in Illuminating is one of the best I have experienced. It’s not glittery, leaves just enough of a glow that it’s not overtly noticeable like a highlighter, smells fresh like skincare and not chemicals, and best of all actually works well. I personally have a combination skin type that can get oily but also dry and flaky; the Illuminating primer works very well in hydrating and evening the skin, leaving the face looking fresh and youthful and does not emphasize any dryness or fine lines.
