Submersible Sump Pump, Clean/Dirty Water Pump, Portable Utility Pump, 25-Foot Cord, Ideal for Swimming Pool, Garden Pond, Basement, and Flood Relief Drainage

I coach high school springboard diving at a school whose pool doesn't have water jets so the divers can see the water when spotting. I bought this to create a stream of water to ripple the surface enough for the divers to spot. We've been using this for about a week so far and it runs for the whole water practice (2-2.5 hours) at a time without problem. It sits on a 6"-wide ledge about 4' below the surface of the water. We use a 7' length of clear reinforced hose and tie the 3' section that's above the water to one of the starting blocks in the diving lane and point the stream of water just under the diving board. Having the hose secured above the water helps keep the pump from shifting on the ledge. It works great. The volume of water is more than the purpose-built water jets at the University pool, but not obnoxiously more. The divers sometimes swim up to it as a post-dive shower to get their hair out of their face. At first the divers were self-conscious because they thought it was too loud underwater, but the swimmers said they don't really notice unless they are close to the board. We lift it out of the pool after each practice to minimize potential corrosion. We happen to have an outlet 20' away from the diving board, so the cord length is perfect.

This pump was ideal for use in my Koi pond. It quit working after 2-1/2 months. I got in touch with RainBro pumps and they sent me a brand new replacement pump. I definitely recommend RainBro!

Bought this pump just under a year ago, and used it a total of 4 times to drain excess water from my pool. It worked well when it was working, but unfortunately it just stopped working today. Apparently the motor and/or shaft is seized.

Easy installation and very nice. Never knew ours was broke the whole time I owned the house. Good thing there were no flooding issues. We got the new owners set up.

Good little pump

I bought his to empty our small 1,200 gallon pool. The pump worked great, has an excellent gallons per minute ratio. It also comes with a variety of connections to fit any typical garden exit hose. It was powerful to empty our pool in a couple of hours.

Not that great the legs on the bottom should be taller because the inlet is very small and gets clogged up easily with debris and I’m suspicious of it gallons per minute

Needed this to pump out a 18ft round pool out in a hurry. Did not miss a beat and done a great job. Also due to it slim base get almost every drop out

The pump was defective but the seller has made it right by reimbursing me 100% for the cost.
