How noisy is the machine

It's a little noisy, makes the sound of a portable fan but the benefits of clearing the baby's congestion definitely outweighs the minimal effect of the noise. I bought this for my grandson and I wish it was around when my children were little. Very effective machine!

Can adults use this as well?

Hello, Thank you for your question. The device can be used exclusively for removing the nasal mucus from a child’s nose. We don't have nasal aspirators for adults. Kind regards, Nosiboo Team

I need something that will suck so hard it can hold a baseball at the tip. Can this accomplish that?

No it won't, this is one of the strongest suckers on the market but it's safe for infants, it won't suck a baseball buddy.

I am missing the power cord and need a replacement how do I get it?

I think they sell replacement parts or can try on eBay a used one ... not sure
