Using this product since 18th April and honestly the results have been very good. Taste is nice and easy to consume daily. The sustained release melatonin ingredient with technology are good and the product feels effective from the first few uses. My sleep quality has improved and I wake up feeling fresh in the morning. Overall very happy with the product and would recommend it.

A good effective product
Quite satisfied with the melatonin gummies. Most of the times I have taken them, they have worked well. Some mornings I tend to feel a little sluggish. But overall these have worked better for me than other melatonin gummies (other brands).

False advertising
These are gummies which I have come to learn cannot by themselves be sustained release without special ingredients. So this is being falsely marketed as sustained release in my opinion. It works just like regular melatonin, did not prevent me from waking up at night. Just get pharma melatonin which would be cheaper than this.
