Growplex Vitafoam 5% Minoxidil Foam for Men & Women, DHT Blocking Minoxidil for Men Foam, Non-Greasy, Fast-Drying Formula for Hair Regrowth

I have been using growplex for 6 months. It is gentle on the scalp. The foam is easy enough to blend in and does not make my fine hair terribly greasy. Sometimes it’s hard not to get on hair but I try to thoroughly blend into my scalp. I am still able to get away with washing my hair every 2-3 days if needed. I had a dread shed but it wasn’t much worse than my typical hair fall. My hair fall did reduce but did not significantly reduce until month 4. I had doubts on whether this was working, but stuck with it. At month 6, I feel like I’m noticing moderate results. My hair feels thicker/denser. No, my hair has not returned to the way it was in my early 20s, however it looks like I’m making modest improvements. Currently in my early 30s (F). I heard maximum results are between 9-12 months. I will keep going. One thing I am considering adding on at this time is dermastamping at 0.7mm to supplement minoxidil. I am also currently using nizoral shampoo approximately 1x a week. Note: Over the past week, I tried to switch to a cheaper minoxidil spray; I am noticing an increase in hair fall although I’ve changed nothing else in my routine. That said, I’m likely switching back to growplex. Hope this helps someone in their hair journey.

This minoxidil DHT blocking foam promised fast hair regrowth, but it’s completely ineffective. I used it daily as directed for months, with zero new hair growth. Hair thinning and shedding still continue. The quick-dry, oil-free design means nothing when the product doesn’t work at all.

I absolutely recommend this product for those whose scalp are easily irritated. I tried Kirkland liquid and then foam, my scalp and ears and neck became so inflamed and irritated my scalp was flaking. I had to stop for a whole month and almost gave up, but finally gave growplex a try. WOW. What a difference. It’s so light my hair looks and feels the same even after using the product, there is zero irritation because of natural ingredients, and my baby hairs multiplied and grew 2-3 inches within a span of 2-3 months of using. I’ll definitely continue to use this and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gentler hair growth journey.

I’ve been using this product for about 3 months and have seen great hair growth results. The reason for the 4 stars is the bottle design. This is my second bottle, and both have leaked consistently during use. The foam dispenses very watery, causing way too much product to come out at once and wasting a noticeable amount each time. It’s disappointing because the product itself works really well, but the bottle mechanics definitely need improvement.

Llevaba tiempo dudando entre el líquido y la espuma, al final me decidí por esta y no me arrepiento. Llevo unos 4 meses y medio y el cambio en las entradas es bastante claro, no dramático, pero sí lo suficiente para que la gente cercana lo note. Lo que más me gusta es la textura: se aplica en segundos, no pica ni huele raro, y puedo salir de casa sin parecer que me acabo de untar la cabeza con aceite. Al mes y pico tuve algo de caída que me asustó, pero es el proceso normal y después el pelo empezó a volver más grueso. El único “pero” es que no puedes ser irregular con la aplicación o los resultados se estancan. Pero si eres constante, cumple.

I loved the idea of it being a foam , easy to use, but the pump is terrible. It leaks often. See my pic, I went to press the pump one time and it just liquid that comes out, not foam. Don’t tip it over bc it’ll spill out. Even when pumping to dispense, liquid drips from the pump after the foam. Do what you will with that, but I think that’s enough for me to not repurchase, spend another $40+, just to involuntarily waste product.

Even though it’s oil-free and fast-drying, this minoxidil foam causes terrible scalp issues. It triggers constant itching, redness and stinging after each application. My scalp became dry and flaky, leading to more hair fall. Harsh formula and terrible using experience.
