The smaller the number, the more concentrated the Arnica, so a 6 is great. Place about 5-6 little round pellets under your tongue as soon as you see a bruise forming (the sooner, the better) or if you think you might get one, and it won't bleed as much and get as dark. I realize this sounds like woo-woo, but it really works!

I'm fair skinned and tend to bruise heavily. My oral surgeon gave me Arnica 6c for post surgical bruising. But it also helps with muscle aches and everyday bruising. I love this stuff!

Purchased after I received my second vax shot and chose to do in my other arm this time. But my other arm was my non dominant and the pain and swollen lymph nodes in my armpit and breast were so painful and unbearable I had to try something else other than Tylenol. I tried this and in about two to three days I could feel lesser painful spots in my armpit and breast and was able to slowly lower my arm from having to remain elevated all day.

I give my cat arnica 30C + one-half of arnica 6C (I use a pill splitter to half it), combined, to ease her arthritis. Still experiment as to optimal dosing (only doing 1X/day right now, hoping to not have to go up to 2X/daily). But it definitely helps! Dosing tip for cats: crush the arnica tabs between two spoons stacked on top of each other over a paper towel. Sprinkle any remaining powder residue from the paper towel onto the bottom spoon, add some Hartz Delectables Squeeze Up treat to cover powder and they will lick it up without complaint!
