It’s not sturdy at all. The strap won’t stay on the button. It’s also very difficult to sleep with because it just slips and slides down your leg. The overall pillow part keeps it shape but after a while, it doesn’t stay on. It worked about the 1st week or 2 and then after that, it is not effective.

This item arrived stained with what might be blood and I do not want to fathom what the other stains are.I took photos. Absolutely disgusting! The wrappings of with 2 other completely different products were in the bag with the pillow. I asked for a refund.

once on your leg- slides and moves unless you glue your legs together- strap is sturdy but button is not on solid - would be better if had strap on top AND bottom for more stability

Not for a restless sleeper or anyone who has to go to the bathroom a couple of times (or more) in the night. Fine if you are able to stay in one position the majority of the night, rolling over maybe once or twice.

The knee support pillow is soft but firm. The wrap around the leg keeps it on however, I would have preferred a second strap as it can spin a bit. The top height at the hip keeps your hip and leg to knee straight all night. It has been a wonderful and since I bought it my hip pain is 89% better. I recommend buying it.
