If you’re someone like me, you get this because you’re going to use it, a lot. A lot as in you sit and read and continually want to keep your one hand busy. I literally have had this barely 24 hours and it already sprung a leak and broke open. I was extremely excited for this because it would keep my busy, my mind at ease, and just calm, but when you have something like this that barely lasts 24 hours (and with those 24 hours you use it for maybe 2 total) until it breaks? And the PURPOSE of it is for anxiety? Relaxation? Fidget? Horribly made and not worth the money. You can get things from the dollar store or target that are cheaper and last longer. Not to mention I thought I washed it all off my hands? It’s a nightmare getting this off. Thank god it didn’t get on my clothing or furniture

Fun toy that doubles as a stress reliever. Bought these for my grandkids but getting some for me also. I can use the stress relief factor.

I really liked this at first. It was nice to roll it and squeeze it in my hand to help with anxiety. However, I just opened it/started using it the day after Christmas and it has already got a leak in it. Not only that, but the leakage is really sticky and got all over my hands and items on my side table. I would say it was good while it lasted... but it didn't even last a week. Definitely disappointed and won't bother buying anything else from the SPEKS. company.

Incredible for ADHD and anxiety. I have both of those things, and these stress balls really help me get through meetings and classes. I will say though, they pop/leak after a few months of use. The goo inside is one of the most sticky substances I’ve EVER touched lol. With that said, I still think they’re fantastic
