Yummy but not the best for diabetics
These jams are yummy but really not good if you're a diabetic. There's no added sugar but they are sweetened with fruit juice so that rates it higher on the glycemic index. I'd suggest using it sparingly

It has 51 % strawberry. Over priced. Tastes ok. Bad thing is, it’s get over within a week.You think it’s healthy and over eat which is bad for health.1 tablespoon = 10gram(1 spoon) of sugar.Think before taking the second spoon of this.Not recommended
