Poor customer service and Inconsistent quality
Purchased the product five times. The last product had some white powder. Wrote to customer care of Tulsi, there was no response. Customer care number on the product cover and on their internet site are invalid or do not respond. Unfortunate. Buying last time, Amazon should return the defective product even after opening as the cost is premium to other products of the same type

Sweet and fresh
I bought a pack of 500gm of tulsi brand zanjeer and highly satisfied with the quality and taste. These are of large size and sweet. Is hall order again before I finish all.

Not going to buy in future
I bought few times so far. But last time the figs are very hard to chew which is not the case. It's used to be very soft and this time the figs are different in colour. Quality is not consistent.
