THE ONLY DIFFERENCE FROM WHITE SUGAR IS THAT 1 TABLESPOON OF THIS IS ABOUT 60% AS SWEET AS 1 TABLESPOON OF REAL SUGAR SO YOU HAVE TO TRY DIFFERENT AMOUNTS TO FIGURE HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO USE FOR PERSONAL SWEET LEVELS. I’ve been using this erythritol for a long time because it tastes great and doesn’t raise my blood glucose levels. I’ve tried other sweeteners and always come back to this. The flavor is clean, with no unpleasant aftertaste, and it works perfectly in my coffee and recipes. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that they stopped offering the 4-pound bag. It was such a great value—the 4-pound size was only about twice the cost of the 1-pound bag, making it much more economical for those of us who use it regularly. Even with the smaller package, I’ll continue buying it because I haven’t found another erythritol I like as much. I just hope they bring the larger size back someday!

This is fine -- sweet. I do not get the metalic aftertaste, which some people ascribe to Erythritol. Speaking only for myself and this one product, of course. It's just that this granular form does not seem to disolve fully, in my water-based or milk-based liquids. Have not done much A-B comparison, e.g. to allulose which is also fine. Raw Splenda has significantly more off taste. But even that's ok, when used as a normal sweetener. And who just eats spoonfuls. Cheers

I tried but, I needed to use about 3 teaspoons. May be ok for other people using less amount. I think is better than other sweeteners. I choose this one because I been using stevia for long time ago and I read that stevia may cause son problem for people that suffer from IBS.
