Great vinaigrette, terrible dipping sauce.
Great as a salad dressing that's closer to a vinaigrette, absolutely terrible as a dipping sauce. If you're into very acidic vinaigrettes this is great. It is best paired with a nice salad that has Asiatic vegetables but the sourness can be off set by sweeter cheeses including some light feta cheeses along with sweeter carrots. You get a decent amount of salad dressing for the amount of calories per serving and it's great for those dieting that do not have sensitive stomachs. I haven't had any issue with the bottle breaking even when it's fallen It seems quite sturdy and the value is pretty decent for a bottle of this size. I've had no issues with bottles leaking as of yet.
