Q: Isn't this normally heart shaped? Today's bag has big, round kibbles instead of tiny hearts.

I have ordered multiple bags- one had small kibble, one had large kibble so I emailed solid gold to find out what the standard is and they told me they reformulated from large kibble to small then to heart shape. If you received heart shape that is the newest formula.
