Rubbermaid Slide-Out Under-Shelf Storage Basket, Titanium (FG1H3200TITNM)

Like most, I am trying to organize. I don't have a lot of money - or space - and want to make sure I spend what I do have wisely. I purchased a couple different basket with the idea of trying them out to see what works best for me. The basket itself is fairly lightweight. The front clips cannot be adjusted, so check the thickness of your shelf before buying. I originally had ideas of storing spice/gravy packs or possibly seed packets in this, but the grid pattern is large and I didn't like the packs sticking out everywhere whenever the drawer was opened. I was ready to send it back when I glanced at my Keurig. I have less than 60" of counter top space in my kitchen and I have odd stretches of blank wall, so I invested in a shelf and rail system from Ikea for storage. My Keurig sits on one of the shelves, with a piece of laminate floor tile under it. This basket slid right over the rail and tile perfectly! I use it to hold all my reusable filters and unused pieces for my Keurig and it keeps them out of the way and still readily available whenever I need to use them. Perfect! I am able to put the cleaned filters in the basket after rinsing, and the basket lets them quickly air dry. And I love having the pods so close and yet out of the way.

It's not a large basket, but it works wonderfully--very well made. It couldn't be easier to set up and fits flush against the shelf so there's absolutely no issue in being able to close the cupboard door all the way. It glides in and out easily.

I had planned to order several of these and use them in the pantry, in the bathroom, in my hobby room, etc. I decided to order one and see if I really liked it. Now that I have one in my hand, I am not quite sure if I want more or not. It is well built and sturdy. It is nice Rubbermaid quality. No issues there at all. The issue I have is it seems a little too small for $23. It doesn't really hold much. I realize it was meant for pantry use, so the wire basket is too open for small items which is a bummer for me. Since it is small it would be better suited to holding a bunch of small loose items, but they fall thru the basket. So you have to use it for larger items. For example in my media/hobby room I have several remotes that are always in my way. I could fit 4-6 average sized remotes in the basket. Not bad, it is just that if you have a lot of clutter to put away, you will need several of these and a place to hang them. 4 of these comes to $100 or so. I think there may be better storage options for $100. In summation, I do not regret buying one of these, but I do not know if I need more of them. If they were cheaper, I would definitely buy a couple more. UPDATE: I have decided to not buy any more of these. I have not found a good use for it. It will only hold one large can of soup (Campbell's Chunky). It holds about 12 small jars of baby food. It just isn't that useful. It should either be about $12 or about twice as big.

I installed this in my pantry and it holds about 12 packages (ie: gravy mix, taco mix, etc.) It slides very easily and does not require any muscle to open and close. It hugs the bottom of the shelf. The bracket that lies on top of the shelf is not bulky and jars and/or packages sit on it without tipping. This is a great little product. Pay attention to the size, this drawer does not hold bulky products. I believe it is meant to store flat "envelope" type packages of mixes and it works very well for that.

Many reviewers have rightfully complained about the misstated size dimensions of the storage basket in the Amazon website spec description when in fact the actual basket is considerably smaller. The sizing error is not the fault of Rubbermaid, which displays the true size dimensions right on the box. Whoever created or posted the website content to Amazon.com made that mistake. Where Rubbermaid is completely at fault, given the item's much smaller size than expected, is in the overpricing of it relative to the value of its diminished capacity. Given the exceptional construction and sturdiness, worthy of 5-stars, that Rubbermaid is known for, I willingly and unbegrudgingly paid a higher price for what I thought was worthy of it compared to similar products, at least as posted on Amazon.com. I'm very disappointed in Rubbermaid for price-gouging a substantially smaller product than expected by the buyers. But, because this is the only size offered by Rubbermaid and the fact that there are no competitive products i could choose in its stead, Rubbermaid apparently has no incentive to price this item relative to its actual perceived value by the consumer. (My opinion, of course.) I did decide to keep this storage basket because of its quality for the long term but will not buy another one as planned.

These 2 drawers are perfect for our trailer bath. They are the smaller drawer. The description online measurements read for the larger size drawer but in fact the smaller one was what I got. I read reviews & did research along with looking at item in store which is how I determined it's what I was looking for.

Works great for storing container lids for food containers. I have a wire basket with containers just under this drawer, and I like this set up. It fits under the shelf nicely. It is regular drawer with no roll bearings or anything like that, so it does not roll very smoothly, but adequate, and it does not pull out the whole thing when you pull on the drawer.

This slide out storage drawer is just the right size for a small, organized makeup bag. Makes getting ready in the morning so much easier. Also helps a ton in a kitchen with limited drawer space, I keep my go to pot holders right in a cupboard by the stove now.
