عند طلب السلعة لم يوضح بتفاصيل الجهاز قدرته الكهربائية وعند استلامه ووجد انه غير متوافق مع الجهد الكهربائي المستخدم في السعودية . حيث وجد ١١٠ فولت بينما المتوافق لدينا ٢٢٠ فولتكان يجب توضيح جهد الجهاز هل هو ١١٠ فولت أو ٢٢٠ فولت
