Ottimo spelucchino, affilato al punto giusto e molto maneggevole. La lama taglia bene e con precisione, ideale per sbucciare, pulire e fare lavori di dettaglio su frutta e verdura. Il manico è comodo, leggero e antiscivolo, sta bene in mano e permette un buon controllo anche nei tagli più piccoli. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo uso spesso e mi trovo davvero bene.
