I like the treadmill, 4 stars because of the manual incline. It's a pain in the butt to switch from incline to no incline just to use the vibration pad. I also wish it had less of an incline option than 5%. It's only 5 or 10 incline. Overall I'm happy with my purchase but I would look for these options in the future if necessary. The app is awful though, definitely needs improvement. Update: I've had this 6 months, it's not functioning properly. It's beeping and the belt is rubbing. I've done all the troubleshooting, it's been cleaned, oiled, and adjusted. Sperax support is dragging their feet on the replacement or solution so far. I've had to email back and forth for 3 days. Each day they ask me for new information. Why not ask all the information at once? I've given them all I can. So far I can't rate their customer service as fantastic nor can I say they have a good product since I'm having issues after only 6 months. It's under warranty guys. Come on

I picked up the Sperax Walking Treadmill Pad mainly to stay more active during the day, but it ended up being a hit in the house, my wife absolutely loves it. It’s super easy to use. No complicated setup, just plug it in and start walking. Fits great under a desk, so it’s perfect for working from home or just getting steps in while watching TV. Big plus is how quiet it is. You can use it without it being distracting, which makes a big difference. The remote control is simple and makes adjusting speed quick, and the app is a nice bonus if you want to track progress. It feels solid and smooth while walking, and it’s easy to move around when you need to store it. It’s definitely made for walking, not running, but for staying active during the day, it does exactly what you need. Overall, great purchase and when your wife loves it too, you know you made the right call.

I absolutely love this walking pad!! I used it all winter and it was a great way to walk off weight at home. It is convenient to put in small rooms or even out on the deck or patio in good weather. I was recovering from foot surgery and it really helped strengthen my legs. It has rolling wheels, making it easy to move. I also took mine with me when we were spending time between houses. It did fine transporting back and forth. You will need to keep the remote on you while walking, since it is the only way for you to change walking speeds or stop. There is an app that I used in the beginning but found the remote to be easier. If walking on it while watching tv, you may want to place it near a wall should you loose your balance. I had this happen a few times when I had it at a higher speed and wasn't paying attention. The pad does not have sides and I found remaining upright in your posture helped with balance. It also has a bar underneath that allows you to adjust for an incline. Overall I would highly recommend!!

Broken in the first 2 min. DO NOT BUY After set up, I started a gentle walk and increased to 3 mi/hr. When walking the belt would slip and catch causing me to lose balance and have to jump off the machine. Dangerous. The incline bar broke on the first time setting it to 10%. Machine was off, lifted it, stepped back on machine and the left side collapsed and the right side stayed elevated. Now the incline bar on the right side wont go back down. Also, the images of the woman on the machine are altered to make it look larger. They would make her about 3ft 8in tall.
