KT Tape, Plantar Fasciitis Tape, Foot Soreness Relief System, 8 Applications

This works amazing! If you have never used KT tape, I recommend using one of the applications as a trial and error - It functions exactly like KT tape - so you can’t touch the tape or crinkle it else it won’t stick. And you must tape whole foot is in a 90 degree angle (like you are standing upright). If possible, someone to help apply is noce, but I am able to apply it myself. But once put on correctly it actually stays on for me for 2-3 days - even through 2-3 showers and sometimes swimming! It’s expensive - but if I can get 2-3 days out of each wrap it seems to last a few weeks. Most importantly - IT WORKS for me!! It’s comfortable under socks/shoes or just under sandals. I have had no skin irritations or problems removing it.

Really helped make me feel more comfortable doing agility training after an injury. it tells you just how to apply the tape and was super easy to apply. My only critique is that it tends to come off quite easily while i’m still doing exercises, but my socks normally keep it secure and the peeling doesn’t affect the bottom piece of tape on the foot, where my injury was. i recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis or any other issues with the bottom of the foot!

Easy to use with good visual instructions. Does not stick as well as the magic tape from PT or Drs office. I had to use two sets at a time to get good support. Therefore, not the best value for my money.

This product does offer relief from the pain caused by plantar fasciitis, but I found the adhesive didn't work well. There is no adjusting the product either, which would be ideal since feet can swell by the end of the day. At this price point, I expected a better product, at least one that didn't lose its adhesive, and could be adjusted if need be.

Holy cow! I've been struggling with horrible pain from my plantar fasciitits and I'm an avid hiker. The pain was causing me to fall behind my group and rethink my love for the outdoors. We're on a trip in the Black Hills and used the tape for the 1st time yesterday on a 3.1 mile hike with a 900 ft elevation gain. I had 0 pain!!!! I was completely astonished and I'm so glad made this purchase

As with all KT tapes they are excellent. I have ankle tendon problems which cause plantar fasciitis type pain in my heel. It actually feels more like I’m stepping on a tack constantly. So I tried this and it actually works somehow. When I went to my podiatrist, I mentioned I’ve been using it. He said, oh those things, I don’t think they really work. . Of course he doesn’t think so because then he would lose me paying him more often for shots that last about a week. The tapes are pre-cut and easy to apply even the adhesive backing is pre-cut in the places where you need to peel it so easy to put on. Directions say not to wear more than five days. I’m in the pool as many days in a week that I can and have had no problem with them coming off. I use other KT tapes for tendon issues as well and it’s the only brand I do use. This one’s boring beige, but my other tapes are all fun colors. I’ve never had any problem with the adhesive bothering my skin. Thank you KT.

Did not work for me. Lots of positive reviews but the idea of how this tape is supposed to work doesn't make sense to me. the tape should take pressure off fascia. Anyway, i wouldn't recommend.

I was highly skeptical but I actually received immediate relief from the tape 😁👍🏻 i do recommend 👍🏻

These work great, easy to use and apply. Stay applied during long runs or bikes. Would highly recommend.

These are great, works for me ,better if you have someone to help you to put them on

Hand to apply by yourself. So you need another person. The tape just bunches up and you can’t fix it so it’s a waste of money. Tape is not form it wrinkle quickly. Sorry not a good buy.
