Doctors have been telling me I have IBS for three years. None of the pills they prescribed worked for me and there was a point I was thinking about removing my gallbladder. I bought this to help with my bloating and it works pretty welI I just didn’t take it every day cause I have a hard time swallowing capsules. The green capsules require you to take four. I just poured out the powder into a water bottle and drink it no horrible taste.

This worked well for a few months and then at the end of my second round, unfortunately I just ordered/received round 3, my body decided it didn't like it anymore. Stomach pains, nausea etc. my doctor thought either I am allergic to the spiruluna or another ingredient. It may work for you but it was just too much for my system. The reason for 3 Stars is AMAZON refused to issue a refund for my round 3 order even when I explained exactly what happened. I am disappointed I couldn’t tolerate the product, I think works but how AMAZON wouldn't let me return an unopened product that was within the return window shows me something. Not only this issue generally be very careful buying anything here as the scam/knockoffs AMAZON is allowing are becoming ridiculous-to be clear this product IS NOT a knock off.

I have had my greatest results/relief from a product called BiomeMD, but it’s a forever kind of supplement. I heard about this product on TikTok. Which I was hesitant to purchase be pushed by an influencers, but I was very intrigued by the idea of a basically 2 month reset. I purchased this product twice to give it a fair shake and have been extremely let down. The only positive affect was that it helped with bloating, but that negatives have outweighed the 1 positive. Constant visceral burping, unexpected farts, soft oily stool. Then finally the smell and taste of this product. I don’t know how to describe it other than hot spoiled dog food. I know not every product works for every person, but for me this definitely isn’t it.
