I take because my diet is lacking. I don't have an appetite anymore to include all food groups. And, I can't afford the widely publicized name brand supplement.

I'm almost finished with the first bottle (I bought 2) and this week I think I've been thinking about bit clearer and remembering things quicker.

These smell good and healthy and did not have any drawback effects for me, and the value seems typical for a product of this type. I did not personally notice any change anytime compared to something like coffee or tea, but your results may differ.

Also, the scent when you first open the bottle is strong and not exactly pleasant, though airing it out for a few minutes helps. Overall, it’s a convenient, nutrient-rich option with mostly clean ingredients with a couple of considerations to keep in mind.
